This 20’x50′ Class mural was completed by 8 University of Arizona students and myself under the guidance of Alfred Quiroz to celebrate the launching of the Osiris rex space mission. The mural depicts the entirety of the Osiris-Rex mission. Beginning with the launching of the Osiris-Rex module from earth, to where the module actually touches down on the surface and collects samples from the asteroid Bennu. Finally returning to earth with all the data which will be sent to laboratories across the globe.
The mural is located on the west wall of the Drake Building on Drachman St in Tucson AZ.

THMS Pie Allen Community Mural

The Pie Allen Community wanted to Honor a beloved member of their community with a mural on the East wall of the Tucson High Campus.
The mural depicts a large desert landscape with animals engaged in activites found in classes at tucson high. This mural was completed with the help of fellow teacher Andrea Burk and the Art Club of Tucson High.

Tucson High Southbend Lathe Vocab Mural
(2022) Tucson, AZ

THMS CTE Technical Lathe Mural 2022

in 2022 I completed 2 more murals at THMS. The first being a representation of a Southbend Lathe located on the wall of the Machine shop. This mural was completed by me and members of the Mechatronics club. This mural was created to provide the correct terminology for all students within the machining class to use when they are operating the machine.

THMS Film/TV Galaxy backdrop mural. 2022

I was asked by the Film and TV teacher Rosie Zwaduk to create a new space backdrop mural on one of the walls. Several of her students had mentioned that they really disliked the current backdrop they were using for space scenes (pictured below) and were interested in creating a new one. I began working with them to create a design for the new backdrop that incorporated a spinning galaxy and we were able to finish the entire mural over the course of a week for use in their short film.
